Clean and tape off the lenses, then:
- Step 1: Sand with 400 grit sandpaper. Removes the top layer of UV faded/yellowed lens material.
- Step 2: Sand with 600 grit sandpaper. Removes coarse sanding marks.
- Step 3: Westsand with 1000 grit sandpaper. Removes medium sanding marks.
- Step 4: Seal with Lens-Alive. This aerosol UV-resistant clear coat protects the newly-finished lenses from sunlight, heat, and road salt.
